Returns: You have a 20-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Email kundservice@shervano.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

If the product’s condition has deteriorated beyond reasonable inspection—such as signs of use, wear, damage, or missing components (tags, protective foil)—we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back without issuing a refund.
